Green cardamom (the “Queen of Spices”) is one of our flagship high-margin products. Grown in Kerala’s verdant hills, our cardamom pods are handpicked at peak maturity, carefully kiln-dried to lock in their sweet, camphor-like aroma. We supply cardamom graded by size (6mm, 8mm bold, etc.) which commands premium prices in Middle Eastern and Asian markets where cardamom is essential in cuisine and beverages. Cardamom has consistently been among India’s top spice exports in value. Additionally, spices like cumin, fennel, fenugreek, and coriander – though more everyday – are provided in premium quality for completeness of range (with notable Indian export strength in cumin and chili).
